After an intense Google search of every muffler shop with in a 50 mile radius, I chose to drive the hour from my home to Marion Lifetime Muffler, on a Friday afternoon to have my car looked at, get a price and hopefully get on the schedule in a week or two. I’m a firm believer in supporting local businesses over the big corporations. I have no doubt I made the right choice and I can't recommend this place enough! I was adding in resonators to my hellcat and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed as a customer. The owner, operator, and sole employee of the month, for 20 years running, Randy, honestly took the time to work me into his busy schedule that day, probably in part because I had the parts with me, so I doubt that anyone just shows up unannounced and gets in an a couple of hours, but if it’s possible this is the guy that will make it happen. We talked about what I needed done, he walked me through the entire process! It was pretty clear almost immediately that this is not a shop that believes in short cuts or temporary fixes. I genuinely feel like he cares about his customers and their vehicles. Even allowing me to be in the shop to check on progress and see how the installation was coming along. His attention to detail put me at ease, to be honest it felt like he was more protective of my car than I was! Despite the stress of working alone, and having to take break always from my vehicle to talk with other customers who arrived in a steady stream looking for estimates, or getting questions answered, he maintained a positive attitude and provided excellent service! It's evident that he takes great pride in his work, and the results speak for themselves. Exhaust looks great and my car sounds amazing! If you're looking for a trustworthy muffler shop, (actually he does a lot more than just mufflers) with fantastic service and a dedicated owner, look no further! I’ll definitely be returning for any future needs! Thank you for the great conversation and outstanding experience!
